1. The semi trailer frame is mainly composed of girders -- welded I-beams, support beams, connecting beams, side beams, locks, traction pin connecting devices, panels and so on.

2. Side beams are generally channel steel or bending parts. At present, most trailers use channel steel. The support beam is the through-beam, now most are W beam (the picture above is W beam to do the through-beam), heavy goods with more than 10# channel steel.

3. Traction pin is an important component that connects semi-trailer and tractor and bears traction force. It is connected with the traction seat. It is usually forged of chromium alloy steel. There are 50# traction pins and +90# traction pins for different cargo tonnage. Generally, the total weight of 50T trailer and cargo is limited, 50# pin is used below 50T, 90# pin is used above 50T, and 90# traction pin is used above 90T for safety.

4. General semi-trailer suspension is the use of non-independent steel plate stamping rigid suspension, a series of leaf springs and suspension.

5. The support is used to support the load and slow down the impact of the dynamic load. Because of the different use of special vehicles, there are different requirements for suspension design. 6. Semi-trailer bridge is the support bridge, mainly Guangdong Fuwa Bridge, BPW Bridge, York Bridge and Anqiao in China, among which Guangdong Fuwa Bridge is the most popular. The bridge is connected with the frame through plate springs, tie rods and suspension devices to support and transfer load between the frame and wheels.

7. The electrical system of semi-trailer is composed of seven-core socket, cable, gas path and various lamps and lanterns, which are used for lighting, safety warning and gas supply for brake. Generally look at the electrical wiring is neat or not basically know how the quality of the factory, this is to see the big.

8. The support device of the semi-trailer is mainly used for supporting the trailer when it is unhooked, which is composed of legs and connecting brackets. 9. Semi-trailer protection device consists of side protection and rear protection to protect pedestrians and other vehicles from drilling under the semi-trailer. This thing is done to save fuel, reduce the wind resistance to do good is called the side skirt plate, in foreign countries can do so, in the domestic if made side skirt plate is called "modification" will be punished.
