Got our contact details through an Instagram tweet and he contacted me directly on WhatsApp saying he wanted to buy a 3-axle Heavy Duty Fence Cargo Trailer. Then I sent him some photos of semi-dump trailers and quoted a price. The customer expressed satisfaction with the price and subsequently confirmed the brand and number of the semi-trailer axle. After meeting the customer's needs, as a buyer, provide us with relevant information and start requesting PI.

Customer's special requirements and special configuration:
1. The tail logo "SUNSKY TRAILER" and "SUNSKY fender" are yellow reflective stickers and are affixed to the upper and lower sides of the frame. The rear tail style refers to the drawings and photos and is designed and produced according to customer requirements.
2. Powder spray paint, thicken the paint surface, and the paint film thickness should not be less than 100um.
3.12 sets of container twist locks, meeting the requirements of 1*40 / 2*20* / 1*20, the web needs to be strengthened
4. There are 12 rope tighteners on each side and the rope hooks are evenly divided. Not beyond the side beams. There are 5 channels of 6.3# channel steel for the floor pad beams.
5. The height of the railing is 800mm, the railing has 5 door openings, the columns and railings are thickened and strengthened, and the columns can be squatted on.
6. Reinforced outrigger support (same as Southeast Asian models) or 3+2 support.
7. The bottom plate is laid vertically and robot-welded. Small laser parts for the entire vehicle. The electrical circuit connector is recessed.
8. At the same time, each vehicle is equipped with a set of handshakes, each vehicle is equipped with 5 side lights, and a set of vehicle tools (axle head sleeve, spare tire crank)
9. Install a square 1000-liter fuel tank.
