How to maintain flatbed trailer
1. The connection between the turbocharger and the intake and exhaust pipes of the flatbed trailer transport vehicle must be tight and no air leakage. If there is air leakage between the exhaust pipe and the exhaust turbine, the efficiency of the turbocharger will be greatly reduced and the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine will rise sharply, which will damage the valve and the turbocharger.
2. Before starting the new machine, the supercharger and the supercharger oil filter must be filled with clean oil to ensure that the diesel engine works together and the supercharger bearing can be lubricated immediately. After driving 8000 ~ 10000km, the filter element of the supercharger oil filter shall be replaced.
3. Before stopping the diesel engine, the flatbed trailer truck should run for 3-5min at idle speed to reduce the speed and temperature of the supercharger, and monitor the operation sound of the supercharger. 4.
