A liquefied gas tank trailer consists of a tank and a chassis. Main compression elements: cylinder, head, manhole cover, flange, bolts and nozzles with nominal diameter of 250mm or more.

Low-temperature tank trailer: refers to the tank truck carrying liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide. The tank body is made of steel and has an insulating layer and a pressure coat on the outside.

1. According to different loading materials, it can be divided into: propane transporter, propylene transporter, dimethyl ether transporter, liquid ammonia transporter, methylamine transporter, acetaldehyde transporter, etc.

2. According to the different role of the process and loading capacity, it can be divided into: liquefied gas tanker, liquefied gas transport semi-trailer, liquefied gas storage tank. The liquefied gas storage tank can be designed as underground storage tank and aboveground storage tank.

Safe operation rules for LPG tank trailer

1. The tank truck used shall be manufactured by the manufacturer designated by the state and shall be licensed for operation. The car should be equipped with fire fighting equipment.

2. When the tanker is running, it should be escorted and other personnel are not allowed to ride. Drivers and guards are not allowed to smoke on board. No trailer shall be towed by tanker. The "danger" sign should be hung when driving.

3. The driver shall not start the truck during loading and unloading.

4. When the temperature in the car reaches 40 degrees, safety such as shading or cooling by water outside the tank should be taken.

5. If the tanker needs to stop on the way, it should be in a place with good ventilation, no open fire and no buildings within 10 meters, and avoid exposure to the sun. The driver and escort personnel shall not stay away from the truck at the same time. No parking is allowed in government offices, factories, mines, warehouses or densely populated areas.

6. In case of a large amount of liquefied gas leakage, the tank truck should stop the leakage immediately and do not start the truck. At the same time, immediately contact with the relevant units, departments, cut off all fire sources, timely take fire prevention, fire fighting measures.

1. Operation Error:In order to prevent the occurrence of operation error, the key operating device should be listed on the board, with obvious marks or words indicating the valve and other open and close direction, open and close state, matters needing attention, etc.

2. The measures to prevent the overloading of liquefied gas include: filling in strict accordance with the specified storage capacity.If the overloading is found, the overloading quantity should be extracted immediately.All the instruments used for filling must be checked regularly, and the liquid level meter must be washed regularly.If there is residual liquid in the container, it should be included in its filling quantity and its weight should not be ignored.Spray cooling should be carried out when the ambient temperature rises.
