Pressure vessel is the sealed container that bear internal or external under gas or liquid pressure, and has higher requirements.

Pressure vessels are mainly cylindrical, and a few are spherical or other shapes. Cylindrical pressure vessel is usually composed of cylinder body, head, pipe, flange and other parts and components, the higher the pressure of the pressure vessel, the thicker the wall of the cylinder body should be. Storage pressure vessel (code C, including spherical tank code B) : used for storing and containing gas, liquid, liquefied gas and other media.

I. The source and composition of liquefied gas

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is a by-product of oil and gas fields, petroleum distillation and chemical production. It is composed of a variety of hydrocarbons, mainly by propane, butane, propylene, butene and other low molecular hydrocarbon mixture, also contains a small amount of impurities, commonly known as carbon three carbon four. Liquefied petroleum gas, abbreviated as LPG, is a liquid mixture of propane (C3H8) and butane (C4H10) as the main components, which is gaseous at room temperature and pressure and usually stored under pressure or low temperature. It is usually accompanied by a small amount of propylene (C3H6) and butene (C4H8), as well as trace amounts of alkane (C5H12) and pentene (C5H) 10) and other components, is a kind of clean gas energy, mainly used for catering, civil and industrial and commercial combustion demand, such as gasoline additives, synthetic plastics, rubber, fiber and the production of medicine, explosives and other chemical deep processing demand.

II. LPG liquefied gas transport vehicle classification

1. LPG liquefied gas tanker transport semi-trailer

LPG semi trailer configuration:

Standard: single outlet, two side loading and unloading, double valve box, safety valve, level gauge, thermometer, pressure gauge, emergency cut-off valve, 12TBPW shaft disc, aluminum alloy rims, 12.00 double vacuum tire, one spare tire, JOST leg, JOST traction pin, fire extinguishing bottle, antistatic grounding tape, Iron fender, ABS.

Optional: double independent liquid outlet, hose box to water tank, fuwa axle bridge double shaft. Float type level gauge. Aluminum sunshade (export).

It can be divided into single discharge and double discharge.

2. LPG Liquefied gas carrier (single)

3. LPG Liquefied gas Filling vehicle

LPG gas tanker tank material is Q345R, the use of oval head structure design, cylinder diameter 2050mm, cylinder thickness 10mm, 12mm head, with JAC210 horsepower chassis, tail equipped with LPG flow meter, LPG safety return valve, LPG coil and air gun, can achieve direct filling operation of small cylinders. III. Functions and operation methods of LPG Tanker safety accessories

1. Safety valve

Function: protect the tank to work normally within the designed working pressure range.

Working principle: when the tank for some reason (overloading, exposure, etc.) lead to the tank pressure rise and even more than the tank design of the working pressure, the safety valve automatically open, eliminate the tank pressure, when the tank pressure falls to the safe range, the safety valve closed.

Open and close data (propane medium): open pressure: 1.73mpa; Discharge pressure :1.93MPa.

Emergency measures: when the safety valve jumps, drive the tailer to a safe area, spray water on the top of the tank to cool down and relieve pressure.

Emergency operation:

2.1. If the safety valve jump, tank pressure drops to the valve back pressure and the valve is not closed, need to use wooden or rubber hammer to hit the safety valve cover.

2.2 . The safety valve spring fatigue or spring fracture, resulting in the safety valve jump ahead of time or can not be closed by itself, can use emergency closing screw forced off

Close the relief valve.

Note: Personal safety must be protected during operation and the screws must be restored to their original positions after handling the accident.

2. Emergency cut-off valve

Function: equipped with gas phase, liquid phase two emergency shut-off valve.

2.1. In case of emergency (fire or other reasons), the gas circuit should be cut off instantaneously through the valve box button or the rear remote control handle.

2.2. When the vehicle is on fire and the personnel can't get close to the vehicle, the low-temperature alloy pin on the tightening valve will melt when it reaches the temperature of 75 soil and 5 degrees Celsius, and the emergency cut-off valve will automatically close and cut off the air source.

2.3. The loading and unloading flow of limited flow function, to prevent excessive flow, liquid friction in the tube wall electrostatic. The remote control handle behind the car should be tested regularly to check whether the action is effective. Low temperature alloy pin after damage should not be replaced by other materials.

Operation sequence: regardless of air loading or unloading, the opening or closing of the tight cutting valve is before the opening or closing of the ball valve.

3. Valve box (left and right) internal structure

The vehicle is equipped with gas phase, liquid phase two ball valves. Through the quick loading joint on the valve and external equipment docking for gas loading and unloading. The valve body is equipped with a release valve. When the loading and unloading is completed and the loading and unloading hose needs to be removed, first open the release valve to remove the pressure in the tube and then remove the loading and unloading hose.

4. Thermometer and pressure gauge

Function: display tank pressure. When you want to display the pressure in the tank, open the small valve between the pressure gauge and the gas phase pipe, and the pointer indicates the pressure in the tank. When the pointer of the pressure gauge exceeds the red line of the font, it should be timely found out the cause of the well to take water cooling and decompression, the pressure gauge in the factory or the testing department after testing with lead seal, not free disassembly adjustment.

The thermometer is installed in the valve operating box. Function: display tank temperature. Automatically changes with the temperature change in the tank.

No manual operation. There is a red line on the thermometer such as the pointer over the red line area, to take measures to cool down, prevent the temperature is too high and lead to increased pressure in the tank.

5. Liquid level gauge

5.1. Rotary type

When the rotary level gauge is to display the liquid level height, loosen the vent nut in the middle and turn the handle. When the vent nut appears liquid, the pointer indicates the liquid level height.

Note: Do not tighten the vent nut too hard to prevent the rubber pad from crushing and then tighten the locking nut. Replace the rubber pad after crushing. (When replacing the black rubber pad, the tank pressure is lower than 0.3mpa).

5.2. Floating ball type

Float level meter can directly observe the liquid and height, no other operations.
