Precautions for fire prevention of SUNSKY fuel tanker

1. Do not pour fuel oil into the carburetor nozzle while the engine is running or when the truck is rocking. Filling the carburetor with fuel oil to increase the concentration of the mixture in the cylinder will help start the carburetor in the event of a failure to enter the cylinder, but it will not help other causes of failure, and it may cause backfire, burn people and vehicles.

2. When maintaining oil filter, it is not recommended to burn oil filter core. Many people like to use gasoline burning ceramic filter to remove impurities on the filter when maintaining oil filters. The hazard of doing like this is that it is easy to cause fire and has an impact on the life of the filter.

3. In the oil depot, do not use short-circuit fire to check the battery storage situation. Because in a small oil depot with poor ventilation, tires, batteries, tarpings and other equipment are often placed. There is spilled fuel oil on the ground, which is likely to ignite the oil molecules in the air due to the sparks generated when the fire is scraped.

4. The fuel tanker grounding chain must not be entangled in the beam. Oils, like other substances, produce static electricity when they rub against another object. This static electricity jumps the fire, which can ignite the fuel and start a fire. Therefore, grounding wire should be installed on the oil depot, and a grounding iron chain should be installed on the oil tanker to prevent the generation of electrostatic sparks in the tank. The iron chain should not be randomly wrapped around the girder frame, but must be placed on the ground and towed to no less than 50 cm.

5. Fuel is strictly prohibited under the high voltage wire.

6. Do not often use fire hanging method. Sometimes spark plugs have a coke,the cylinder can't work normally when sdpark plug full of coke ash.In order to make the cylinder run normally, adopt "hanging fire" outside the cylinder (leave spark plugs and the high tension line between a 3 mm to 4 mm gap), to improve the spark plug electrode spark over energy and restore the cylinder to work.If there is dripping fuel oil on the cylinder block, it is very likely to cause a fire.Therefore it is only a temporary remedy. Correct treatment should be timely cleaning and maintaining spark plugs, try to avoid use "hanging fire".

7. Do not allow leakage of the automobile oil system. If the chassis part of the oil leakage, and is in the ignition late point, dilute mixture point, because the slow combustion will make the exhaust pipe flame, the body temperature, more than ten times the ignition point of gasoline vapor (gasoline vapor ignition point is 28℃). The leaking oil will ignite, easy to cause fire, resulting in the scrapping of the vehicle body. If the carburetor part drips on the cylinder head, the spark plug high voltage spark leakage may also cause a fire.
