NOW, let's talk about the skeleton semi-trailer ordered by the customer:
1. The semi-trailer frame is mainly composed of girders-welded I-beams, support beams, connecting beams, side beams, locks, traction pin connection devices, panels, etc.
2. Side beams are generally channel steel or bent parts. At present, most trailers use channel steel. The support beams are lintels, most of which are now W beams (the picture above shows W beams as beams), and channel steel above 10# is used for heavy cargo.
3. The traction pin is an important part that connects the semi-trailer and the tractor and bears the traction. It is attached to the fifth wheel. It is usually forged from chrome alloy steel. There are 50# traction pin and +90# traction pin for different cargo tonnage. Generally, the total weight of a 50T trailer and cargo is limited. Use 50# traction pins below 50T, 90# traction pins above 50T, and 90# traction pins above 90T to ensure safety.
4. The tires adopt the well-known brand FUWA. The performance of the whole vehicle is stable, the service life is long, and the paint has high anti-corrosion performance.
5. The bracket is used to support the load and slow down the impact of the dynamic load. Due to the different uses of special vehicles, there are also different requirements for suspension design. There are four commonly used suspensions: series leaf spring balanced suspension, single point suspension, air suspension, and rigid suspension (one line with two axes).
6. Other accessories on the semi-trailer include tool boxes, spare tire racks, gantry frames, stakes, etc., as well as small accessories such as tight ropes and rope hooks, which will be installed according to your own goods.
