Skeleton container transport vehicle is a container transport semi trailer, there is a flat type.

Structure

The skeleton trailer is made of longitudinal beam, beam and front and rear end beams welded together. The longitudinal beam is made of steel plate 16Mn submerged arc welding into I-shape (the main size is 450, A500), the beam is made of steel plate stamping into groove type, and the front and rear end beams are welded rectangular section. An integral long beam is set at the middle container locking device to improve the bearing capacity of the container locking device. The distinction of flat type and skeleton type is added frame and decorative pattern floor at flat type.

A container tightening device is installed on the frame, which can carry two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet. The four container tightening devices at the front and rear ends are fixed structures, and the middle container tightening devices are hidden structures. When loading containers, the intermediate container locking device can be lowered below the surface of the arrival platform as required.

Choose mechanical bearing device, mainly factory with 12T, 20T; Fuwa 13T, JOST and other types. Its function is to support the ground and bear the front load of the semi-trailer when the traction device is detached from the trailer. The supporting device has two kinds of single action type and linkage type, mainly composed of supporting disc, screw transmission mechanism, reduction box and control handle. The semi-trailer is equipped with two spare tire racks, respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the trailer frame, and equipped with spare tire lifters.

Process

The frame of the container transport semi-trailer is shot peening. The paint is made of well-known brand products and pre-sprayed anti-rust primer to ensure that the whole vehicle paint system has good anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance. The whole frame is assembled and welded on a special positioning platform, with reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance.

Standard configuration of 45ft skeleton trailer: rail height 480mm, upper wing 12mm, lower wing 14mm, web 8mm, 2 A boxes, 2 spare tire racks, 8 sets of integrated car lock, Fuwa 13T axle three, 28T single action leg.
