Purpose of customer visit:
The customer mainly visited the factory. We booked a flight for the customer. The customer planned to return to Haikou on the same day. After lunch with the customer, we visited the factory and introduced the production process of the semi-trailer to the customer. Then we returned to the office to determine the parameters the customer wanted and placed an order on the spot.

During this visit, we confirmed the loading method, parameter configuration and price with the customer. After the negotiation was completed, we made PI for the customer, showed the customer pictures and videos of the product, and explained the configuration parameters using drawings.

The customer placed an order more decisively. The customer himself was semi-professional about the various parameters, and most of the parameters needed to be discussed with his engineers.
